What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We (Michel’s Gallery and SyndaTec LLC) don’t collect your information unless you fill out the contact form and send it to us. In that case, you already see what you are sending us and we will ONLY use it to communicate with you in regards to the information you provide in the form or if you are spamming our contact form, we’ll probably just curse you and delete your submission. We do not collect or store that information for any other purpose.
GoDaddy and Google probably do collect information from your interaction with this website though, so you may want to contact them in regards to that if you have any concerns. It’s not our fault and we do not claim any responsibility or liability for their actions. It’s GoDaddy’s server and let’s face it Google just collects everything from everyone. Whoever provides you with your internet browser probably also collects information about your interaction with us as well, but again you’ll need to contact them in regards to that. If you are using Microsoft Windows, then Microsoft is probably also collecting information in regards to your interaction with our website, but again you’ll have to contact them about it. Your local, federal and universal governments are probably also collecting information in regards to your interaction with our website, but again you’ll have to contact them about that. If you are accessing this site at work, then your employer is probably also collecting information about your interaction with our website as well. If you are accessing this site on an iPhone or Android, then I’m sure Apple and Google are collecting this info, but I think we already covered Google. If you have malware or spyware installed on your system then the person who infected you is probably also collecting this info. If you have a jealous spouse or significant other then they may be watching as well. If you are a minor, then your parents are probably collecting this info, but don’t worry I’m sure the GDPR has got your back.
So long story short, we don’t collect your data, but pretty much the rest of the world does. Privacy has been nothing but a joke for quite some time, sorry to be the one to break it to you.
